We are SALSA - social and life skills alliance, a new social enterprise company which helps you explore the rhythm of life through our exciting and diverse range of workshops, training courses and therapies aimed at developing your personal and professional skills.

We have created an adult centred learning environment at times and prices to suit you. This includes nationally accredited qualifications, vocational training, Relate Lifeskills courses and general interest programmes. Take a look at our Training Services section for more details.

The centre is home to SALSA Therapy, an independent and confidential counselling service. Our practitioners are qualified and experienced counsellors, who are committed to the BACP Ethical Framework for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a strict internal code of conduct. With experience of working with a range of issues and with a diverse client base, we are able to offer a safe, ethical and professional service to both private individuals and employees facing difficulties in work-based settings. We continually strive to offer high quality courses, which means paying fair and proper renumeration for our tutors, and suppliers of resources. We are constantly involved in looking for external funds, grants and donations to help reduce the cost of programmes for certain learners.
